Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled through our approved fulfillment partners and shipped using the carrier assigned to your order based on the product, warehouse, and delivery location.
The exact carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@yuveme.com with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and, if necessary, contact the fulfillment partner or carrier for an investigation. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived.
Missing Items or Incorrect Delivery
If your order arrives with a missing item, incorrect item, or delivery issue, please contact us at info@yuveme.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and the items received so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.
