Refund policy

At Yuveme, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all orders.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, free of pet hair, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@yuveme.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. All returns are processed at our United States return facility. Please do not send items back without first requesting an RMA, as they cannot be tracked or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items ($0.00).

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Yuveme will cover the total cost of return shipping.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our US facility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at info@yuveme.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@yuveme.com.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yuveme.com Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our 30-day return policy.

Lost or Never Arrived Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe of 8 to 15 business days, please contact us at info@yuveme.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived.
